Alliance Textile was founded by a group of professionals to break new grounds in knitwear industry. The company laid its foundation stone on Jan 1st , 2006. There lies a clear vision for superior customer service behind the emergence of this organization. Quality Control
We have well trained QC’s who thoroughly study the customer’s specifications/instructions and explain to all concerned departments to manage quality measurements at every level of production. Once the quality control team completes its job, then QA team does the final inspections and nothing can be stuffed in the container until QA team approves the shipment. Alliance Textile complies with the world's most demanding, quality and social standards.
Knitting
Our Newly updated and vertically integrated knitting facility is furnished with the world renowned knitting machines manufacturers from USA, Italy and Korea. To produce knitted fabric of supreme quality, it is vital that superior quality raw material is procured at competitive prices. At Alliance Textile to ensure best fabric quality for our customers, Alliance Textile is equipped with state of the art knitting machines, which include; 11 single knit ,10 double knit machines & 4 body size machines
Dyeing
Our dyeing unit is equipped with Fong's Dyeing machines along with THEN Airflow technology dyeing machines. It is capable of dyeing both 100% cotton and blended fabric. The machine size selection gives the flexibility in dyeing a lot size ranging from 100 kgs to 1200 kgs. We have dyeing machines for dyeing cotton fabric and a fully computerized high temperature jet-dyeing machine to dye all kinds of synthetic fabrics including polyester. The processing plant is equipped with latest dyeing and finishing machines, with 10 tonnes capacity
Finishing
Alliance Textile is equipped with latest finishing machinery that is apt for both lines of finishing, (tubular and open width fabric). our Finishing department consists of 8 chamber Stenter, a Compactor suitable for both open width and tubular fabrics, along with three set raising and sueding machines, to improve the look, performance, and hand feel of the fabric. Other than this all type of Lycra fabrics can also be finished in our unit.
Printing
Embellishment adds value to the garment. We have our own screen printing machines and tables complete print set up which successfully adding features to our products. From screen printing to heat transfer label printing our fabric printing facility is equipped with rotary machines that can print continuous patterns on fabrics
Cutting
The cutting department is centralized with capacity to cut over 5,000 pcs per day to feed our stitching unit.

Stitching units are equipped with high-speed precision stitching machines operated by skilled labor experienced in shaping fabrics into the different product sizes and styles as per the requirements of buyers from various countries. The Quality control and Quality Assurance departments are in place to make sure the company’s objective of zero defects.
